Certain services may involve recurring billing (such as monthly or annual subscriptions) processed through third-party payment processors like Razorpay.

3. Refund Eligibility (30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)

We aim to provide a high-quality experience and offer a 30-day satisfaction window from the date of your initial purchase for a specific plan or product.

Subject to review and verification, you may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase.
  • You believe the service did not provide the expected value or functionality described on our website.
  • You faced persistent technical issues that prevented access to the service despite valid payment and reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Your subscription was cancelled correctly, but you were still charged for a subsequent billing period due to a system or processing error.
  • There were duplicate or accidental charges for the same billing period or plan.
  • There were billing errors or unauthorized charges that are validated through Razorpay or your bank's dispute process.

We may request additional information (such as transaction IDs, email used at checkout, or statements) to verify your claim. Refund approval is at our reasonable discretion, based on verification with Razorpay and other payment partners.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day window from the date of initial purchase for that plan.
  • Your account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • You have partially used the service during the active billing period and then decide not to continue, without any service issues.
  • You change your mind and decide not to use the service, but there were no technical or functional problems.
  • Fees for custom, enterprise, or specially discounted plans clearly marked as non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Where applicable laws require different treatment, we will comply with those obligations.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard (where available) or by contacting us at admin@martiancrown.com with sufficient details to identify your subscription.

  • Cancellation stops future recurring billing for that subscription.
  • Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already made, unless you qualify for a refund under this policy.
  • You will typically retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise communicated.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, refunds are generally processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. Regulatory Compliance
